Fashion Socks

This past weekend, trend setter Chloë Sevigny, always one step ahead of the fashion curve, was seen at Coachella wearing socks with sandals, setting off a minor ripple of the do-you-hate-it-or-love-it kind. Now we'll be the first to admit that the nine-year-old in us loved the look. In our elementary school days, the sandals were marked by a particularly offensive Velcro-strap while the socks were usually brightly-hued and ankle-length.
